Get ready to raise your steins as we kick off the Oktoberfest season with Charleston’s official Opening Day celebration—Hoptoberfest at Fam’s Brewing Co. Now in its 6th year, our event has become a tradition, setting the tone for the festivities across the Lowcountry. Join us on Saturday, September 21, 2024, from 12pm to 6pm for an authentic, unforgettable day of Oktoberfest fun.
We’ll start the party with the tapping of the Firkin at noon, complete with a special surprise for attendees. The day will be packed with more than just the usual stein hoist—get ready for a lineup of fun and unique games:
Blindfolded Pretzel Toss (12:30 pm)--Gather a partner for this hilarious game where communication is key. One person will be blindfolded while the other must catch pretzels tossed by their teammate. The pair with the most successful catches wins $50 in house cash.
