NATIONAL PIZZA MONTH

The dead are back.
And this year, they brought beer.

Every October, the pizza spirits get restless.

For the third year, we’re digging through the Famulari’s recipe graveyard and bringing four fan-favorite pizzas back from the dead for National Pizza Month.

One returns each Thursday. One week only. Then it disappears again.

We’re not telling you what’s coming next. You’ll have to come back Thursday to see what crawled out of the grave.

And at Fam’s Brewing Co., every resurrected pizza gets paired with an FBC beer picked to drink alongside it.

THIS WEEK’S RESURRECTION & BEER PAIRING

NACHO PIZZA + LONG DAY PALE ALE

Some recipes refuse to stay buried.

The Nacho Pizza is back with nacho sauce, mozzarella, chicken, olives, tomato, jalapeño, red onion, and cheddar.

This week’s beer pairing: Long Day Pale Ale, a 6% American Pale Ale with medium-bodied malt character and Cascade, Citra, and Centennial hops. The malt holds up to the cheese and chicken, while the hop bitterness cuts through the richness and works with the jalapeño heat.

Nacho Pizza is available through close Wednesday, October 7. Then it goes back in the grave.

WHAT COMES BACK NEXT?

That stays buried until Thursday.

Check back each week during National Pizza Month to see which fan favorite Famulari’s pizza gets another shot at the menu and the beers that get paired with it.
