Fam’s Test Kitchen is where our team gets to experiment, tweak, and build pizzas that earn their way onto the menu.

The Boss, a chicken parmesan pizza with marinara, mozzarella, chicken tenders, fresh mozz, parmesan, and basil, is our first Test Kitchen feature, available January through March.

A new Test Kitchen pizza will roll out once every quarter, so try them while they’re here.
